Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship within the UK.

How long will my order take to ship?
We process orders Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. If your order is fully in stock and placed before 12 PM, we aim to dispatch it on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be packed on Tuesday.

For orders placed after 12 PM, it is more likely to leave the following day.

If your order contains pre-order or backorder items, it will not be shipped until all items are in stock.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Costs
To obtain a shipping price, add items to your cart and fill out your delivery information. Shipping options will be presented at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50 to most UK destinations. Free shipping does not apply to bulky or hazardous items. Out of area deliveries may incur additional surcharges, but we offer a reduced rate..

Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost or delayed, contact our customer service team. Couriers typically do not accept claims until 30 days after dispatch. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
