As the leader of a spirited band of critters, you’re tasked with establishing new territories, constructing bustling cities, and hosting vibrant events. Every decision shapes your city's destiny—will your city shine brightest before the winter moon rises?
Gameplay
Everdell masterfully blends dynamic tableau building with strategic worker placement. On your turn, choose one of three actions:

Deploy a Worker:
Use your collection of worker tokens by placing them on board locations, special events, or Destination cards. Workers gather resources, draw valuable cards, and trigger unique abilities that help develop your tableau.

Play a Card:
Build your city by adding up to 15 cards to your tableau, which include a mix of Constructions and Critters. The five card types—Travelers, Production, Destination, Governance, and Prosperity—each provide resources (twigs, resin, pebbles, and berries), special abilities, and points. The strategic interplay of these cards creates a near-infinite variety of working cities.

Transition to the Next Season:
Reset your workers back to your supply and gain new ones as you prepare for the changing season. The game progresses from Winter until the next winter, at which point the player with the most impressive city wins.
