The Story
Fulgrim – Daemon Primarch of the III Legion, perfection incarnate (at least in his own mind) – sets his sons a challenge: conquer the Imperial world of Crucible and bring him the head of the Black Templar leading its defence.
Easy, right? Not quite.
What should have been a fast, brutal victory turns into a grinding siege, with the planet burning and the Emperor’s Children fighting each other almost as much as the enemy. As the war drags on, loyalties crack, ambitions clash, and the Legion is forced to ask a dangerous question: how much are they willing to lose to earn Fulgrim’s favour… and what will still be standing when the dust settles?
