Glimdwarrow Groundhogs – Gnome Blood Bowl Team
Small in size. Big in beards. Unhinged in tactics.

Gnomes in Blood Bowl are… unusual. Many fans weren’t even sure they existed until fairly recently, and a few still insist they must be some kind of elaborate prank. This is understandable: their tactics are eccentric, their woodland allies unpredictable, and their grasp of “standard athleticism” extremely generous.

But what Gnomes lack in height, muscle, or coordination, they make up for in magical trickery, illusionary nonsense, and a surprising number of forest friends willing to nip, headbutt, or otherwise assist the team. They love the sport dearly — even if no one can agree on whether they’re actually playing it properly.

What’s in the Box?

This multipart kit builds the legendary (and occasionally invisible)
Glimdwarrow Groundhogs, including:

  • 8× Gnome Linemen — small, plucky, and eager

  • 2× Gnome Illusionists — conjurers of mischief and questionable ethics

  • 2× Gnome Beastmasters — accompanied by either a goose or a badger friend

  • 2× Woodland Foxes — swift, sly, and excellent at causing arguments

Customisation options include:

  • 4 interchangeable heads for Linemen

  • 2 head options each for Illusionists, Beastmasters, and Foxes

  • Choice of staff toppers for Beastmasters (stylish and magical)

You’ll also find:

  • 2× double-sided team coins

  • 2× turn & re-roll markers

  • 4× balls

  • 1× Gnome Transfer Sheet

Everything you need to field a team whose playstyle is equal parts cunning, chaotic, and charmingly beard-forward.

Rules for Gnome teams are published in Spike! Journal Issue 17 (sold separately).

Kit Contents

  • 102 plastic components

  • 14× Citadel 32mm Round Bases

  • 1× Gnome Team Transfer Sheet

Miniatures come unpainted and require assembly — Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints recommended. Goose-wrangling skills optional, but helpful.
