Caanok Var, Iron Captain of Clan Company Avernii, is the perfect embodiment of the Iron Hands’ philosophy:
part ruthless strategist, part unstoppable blunt instrument. On the surface he’s all calculation and precision,
but beneath the augmetics and armour seethes a barely contained rage – and when battle is joined, that fury is
unleashed through Axiom, his brutal power maul.
Clad in custom Terminator armour, Caanok Var strides at the heart of the Iron Hands battleline, shrugging off
incoming fire as he crushes foes up close or tears into them with his storm bolter. On the tabletop he’s a
durable, hard-hitting centrepiece – the kind of warlord your opponent will quickly realise they should
have focused on earlier.
Hobbyists will find plenty to love in the details: a pair of servo-skulls feeding him tactical data, a host of
visible augmetics (including a bionic eye, artificial heart, and of course the signature iron hand), and layered
armour plates that take highlights and weathering beautifully.
