DragonPainter initially started as a monthly miniature painting kit subscription service. Unfortunately, due to supply chain challenges, we could not ensure consistent monthly releases. Regrettably, the service ceased operations in April 2023. We deeply appreciate our customers' unwavering support and understanding, and we genuinely apologise for our inability to carry on with the venture.
In April 2023, we reinvented ourselves as a Miniature Painting Specialist. Catering to all your painting essentials, we now offer not only our previous subscription boxes but also a wide array of specialised tools and resources to enhance your miniature painting experience.
Our boxes contain Reaper Bones Miniatures and Reaper Master Series Paints.
Reaper Master Series Paints are non-toxic and clean up easily with water. Reaper Bones Miniatures are made of plastic.
Due to small parts, our boxes are not suitable for small children. You should supervise your child at all times.
Currently anywhere within the UK mainland. We hope to offer our service within the European Union in time.
Any information that we request is necessary in order to process your subscription or purchase. Your data is held securely. Please see our privacy policy.
If your box is not faulty, and you choose to return your box, you have 30 days to do so. Please email hello@dragonpainter.com. Provided the box and items inside remain in a saleable condition (the condition you received them), we’ll be happy to offer a full refund, minus any postage.
In the case of subscription boxes, the returns policy only applies to the first box your receive, as per distance selling rules.
Free shipping is simple - spend over £45 (after any discounts/coupons have been applied) to receive free shipping.
At DragonPainter we are proudly European. We have spent many months trying to find a way to support our EU customers -- but for a small business like ourselves this has proved complicated.
EU customers can purchase a box from us, however the box may be subject to import taxes on arrival (these taxes are set by your country). You will need to pay this import tax in order to take delivery of the box.
The cost of postage to the EU has also increased - so we charge an additional postage fee to manage this.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience, and hope that the United Kingdom is able to rejoin the European Union soon.
